John Proctor, President JBG Solutions, LLC
Mr. Proctor graduated from the University of Maryland in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2001 with a Master’s in Business Administration. Mr. Proctor completed several executive management courses with the University of Notre Dame in 2012, and in 2014 he earned his Program Management Professional certification from the Program Management Institute.
Before founding JBG Solutions, Mr. Proctor served 22 years in the United States Air Force. He enlisted in the Air Force in 1985 and later graduated from Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB, AL as a Distinguished Graduate. Mr. Proctor received numerous citations and awards during his distinguished career which culminated as the Director of Operations for a 500-person operation supporting both the U.S. and our allies in South Korea.
After retiring from the Air Force, Mr. Proctor joined Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) – a 44,000-person and 11 billion dollar company – where he was quickly promoted to Division Manager and placed in charge of 650 employees supporting customers in 16 states and 5 countries; and earning over $100 million in annual revenues. Mr. Proctor was recognized by SAIC as the Program Manager of The Year in 2009.
Mr. Proctor has been happily married to his wife Linda for over 25 years.
